Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information CricPro collects, why we collect it, how it is used, and the choices you have.
CricPro is a cricket companion app that brings you live scores, match details, commentary, schedules, series information, rankings, news, player profiles and live match streaming. We built CricPro to be useful without being intrusive.
CricPro does not require an account. You can browse live scores, matches, series, rankings and news without signing up, without giving us your name, and without providing an email address or phone number.
This policy describes the limited information the app handles in order to work, and the choices you control.
We collect the minimum information needed to run the app. Depending on the features you use, this may include:
Some information is stored only on your device and never leaves it unless you delete the app:
You can remove all of this at any time by clearing them in the app's settings or by clearing the app's storage / uninstalling the app from your device.
We do not use your information for any purpose beyond operating and improving the app, and we do not build personal profiles about you.
CricPro uses its own privacy-safe, first-party analytics. Events are linked to a randomly generated anonymous identifier created on your device — it is not derived from hardware identifiers and cannot be used to identify you personally.
Analytics tell us things like which screens are used, how the app performs, and where errors happen, so we can prioritise fixes and improvements. Analytics never include your name, email, phone number, contacts or precise location.
If you choose to enable notifications, CricPro uses a push notification service to deliver match reminders, live match alerts, stream alerts and app updates that you select. To do this, the service stores a push notification token associated with your device, along with the notification preferences you configure in the app.
CricPro is free to use and is supported by advertising. Ads are served through Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). When ads are shown, Google and its partners may use your device's advertising identifier and similar technologies to:
Your consent matters. Where required by law (for example in the EU/EEA and UK), CricPro shows a consent form before ads load, asking whether you accept personalised advertising. You can change your choice at any time from the app's privacy options.
Your controls:
You can read Google's advertising and privacy disclosures at policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

| Foreground service | To keep the optional floating score window updating while you use other apps. |
CricPro does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, storage of personal files, or precise location.
CricPro uses a small number of trusted third-party services that may collect information according to their own privacy policies:
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these services. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the data practices of third parties.
Information stored on your device stays there until you delete it or uninstall the app. Anonymous usage data held on our servers is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, and is kept in aggregate, non-identifying form.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data in transit and at rest, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections for all app traffic. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. In all regions, you can:
CricPro is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Children should use the app only with the guidance of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time when app features or legal requirements change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continued use of CricPro after a change means you accept the updated policy. Significant changes will also be surfaced inside the app.
If you have questions, concerns or requests about this Privacy Policy or your data, we're happy to help. You can also reach us through the Contact Us section inside the app.
